Well, I put an order in at E. C. Kraus for some more winemaking hardware… A six gallon primary fermenter, some bottle-neck shrinkwrap dohickeys and a case of little 375 ml mini bottles for gifts and giveaways. One of the things that my Fiancee and I have planned for post-wedding relaxation is the bottling of the apple wine.
I’m working on wine label designs in my head… Pretty soon I’ll have to translate what’s there into something more suitable for wrapping around the outside of a bottle. So far, we’ve been calling the wine making facilities the “Northwest Corner Cellars” for fairly obvious reasons having to do with architecture and geography.
I’ll post images of a couple of the labels here once I’ve got them figured out.
