Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Posting may be a bit spotty this weekend, partially because I’ll be recovering from the traditional turkey stuffing exercises, but also because this weekend is a great opportunity to get some stuff done around the house that I’ve been meaning to do…
We’ve already got a new set of shelves installed in the kitchen. It’s sort of a six-foot tall wire basket spice rack. We picked it up last night from Therck and her husband… They were getting rid of them because, although they look like shelves to the adult eye, to a baby they would have resembled nothing more than a ladder to an interesting and unknown realm on top of the entertainment center.
After that, I got started on some closet reorganization… I moved a couple tons of my old comic book long-boxes out of one closet and into another. Sometime I’ll have to go through them and decide which ones to keep and which ones to put up on eBay. Still, with them out of the one closet that leaves room for a dresser that I’ve started to assemble…
And on top of all of that, we’re helping some friends move a hot-tub, making two kinds of wine, and I don’t know what all else… So… Yeah. I’ll either not post much else this weekend, or I’ll be using posting as an excuse to take a break from chores. We’ll see how it goes.
