Another bit of backyard shrubbery.
I actually had something to say earlier, but I realized that it was far beyond my usual standards of geekiness.
Oh what the heck…
I saw a guy with a “Reid Landscaping” jacket and laughed out loud.
There. Happy?
Don’t be surprised if you don’t get it. There’s a certain specialized subset of totally useless knowledge that you need to have before it makes any sense. And you need to have a really twisted brain to think that it’s funny.
There’s a website called “Masked Men” that gives most of the background info. It has to do with the Green Hornet, the fact that the Lone Ranger is his great uncle, and that they both share the last name “Reid.”
This means, of course, that the Reid of “Reid Landscaping” has inherited his family’s crimefighting tendencies, and is secretly the lawn arranger.
