Royal Family Peanut Mochi
More Royal Family Mochi (from Taiwan) because when I find a new mochi carrier I go whole hog with the purchasing. Expect a few more in the days to come. Meanwhile, peanut mochi.
Oh yum! This was the consensus of pretty much all the Guinea Pigs as well as myself. The mochi is dusted on the outside with tasty peanut dust, covered in mochi rice pastry (which tastes kinda sweet) and filled with delicious creamy peanut paste. It’s like eating one of those Girl Scout peanut butter sandwich cookies but without the crunch. Very delicious (unless you are a huge fan of the crunch).
There wasn’t a whole lot we could find wrong with Royal Family Peanut Mochi; we all decided that we would get these again just on account. And again. Possibly even again.
