Tomato Pretz
I really need to pay more attention to what’s popping up on my screen saver when I take these pics; it seems like we have Godzilla Hermit Crab looking over things again. I don’t mind, I kinda like GHC (or Rudolph if you are on a first name basis with hermit crabs) but perhaps it’s not the best background. Ah well. Something else inane but more topical that I wanted to say is that I can not believe I haven’t done Tomato Pretz before. In fact, I’m going to go have a look see at my JSF database because no Tomato Pretz yet? That can’t be right.
Huh, well I’ll be. Time to remedy this oversight then.
Mmmm, I like Tomato Pretz. I think they may be my favorite Pretz because they remind me of pizza flavored Combos, except not so much with the cheese. I lived off of pizza Combos in college but I always found the pizza Combos a bit heavy on the CHEEZE. Since tomato Pretz have no cheese but do have a nice salty saltiness and a zesty tomatoiness (tomatoyness? Something like that) they are the perfect quasi pizza pretzel snack. Of course, this is assuming you are OK with the lack of cheeseness but if you aren’t, take a look at Pizza Pretz where you can get your cheesy fix.
Personally, I’m fine with Tomato Pretz as is. Good crunchity, nicely lightly spicy tomatoy base and imminently snackable. It’s good enough to get a
