Hi-Chew (lemon)
Wow. Lemon. Very Lemon. These Hi-Chews are the closest thing to Starburst I have yet tasted, which may or may not be a great thing. They still have that weird rubbery bubble gum texture to them but I think I’m getting used to it. Either that or the intense LEMON flavor is demanding more of my attention than the odd texture is.
I don’t have much else to say about these other than if you crossed a lemon Starburst with a piece of bubblegum this would be the final outcome. They definitely embody the essence of lemon taffy and of all the Hi-Chews that I’ve reviewed, I think lemon is the best.
